We had an issue with our heater and Kenny was able to accurately diagnose the issue. He also let me bend his ear for far too long with questions about our pool. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool equipment and maintenance. Their office manager, Desaray, provided excellent customer service. She assisted me with finding the correct part and squeezed a follow up appointment in for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them with any future issues.
I have been working with Pool Partners for the past eight years, and they consistently go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise. Their technicians are always courteous, communicative, and take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate their reliability and professionalism.

Ron from Pool Partners has been taking care of our pool for quite some time and always does absolutely wonderful work. This week our pool equipment had a small problem . Of course that would happen right before 4th of July when we have tons of people coming. Ron quickly found the problem, fixed it, and had our pool water back to perfection within 24 hours. Much appreciated!!!
