My experience has been fantastic so far, they fit me in same day when my previous company left me high and dry a day before guests coming to town. Chris was out here ASAP and fixed the problem and gave me helpful tips. You can tell this company prioritizes their customers and their knowledge of pools shines through. Glad I found this group to maintain our pool regularly moving forward!
Pool Partners is the absolute best - they have been servicing my "special" pool for a number of years, always amazing. But today in freezing weather they deployed a technician (Kenny) on a same-day basis to make sure my pool and equipment were functional and safe-guarded. The whole team is absolutely excellent.

We installed our pool in 2021 and the builder referred us to Pool Partners. From the very beginning they truly did partner with us- from teaching us about the equipment to chemicals as well as the online app. They are always more than happy to answer questions and when we had equipment issues Desaray provided excellent customer service going above and beyond with warranty information. The service technicians are professional and our pool is left safe and sparkling clean. Highly recommend this company!
I have used Pool Partners for the last 4 years and would highly recommend them. I have a salt pool, and have used them for cleaning my filters twice a year and all my repairs on my motor. They always are quick to get out to my house and every employee that I have spoke to or had work on my pool are super friendly and go out of their way to help! They have the best pricing on their services and still have very high standards in their work.
