Came in w a water sample today. I feel bad I didn't get his name. tall. skinny. wore a mask. He tested my water. discussed many different solutions to the issue I'm having (a grey algae like debris on the bottom of my pool. very fine). We received our hot tub about a month ago and the staff at Pool Park have been so wonderful. Twice now, they have come out to fix some of our issues. Everyone has been so pleasant from initial sale to install to troubleshooting! I would recommend Pool Park to anyone! We have been nothing but impressed and pleased! Thank you!

We are so thankful that during this summer filled with Covid, we were able to get a pool installed in our yard. That being said, Jeff has bent over backwards at trying to brighten this situation for us. We have had an absolute nightmare experience with AAK Pools for installation. During this time, Jeff has listened to every complaint, he has played the middle man in this situation and has worked so hard to make everything right. my hayward pump stopped working when i was changing out the frogger cartridge. i called pool park and Tom came out immediately and tweaked the switch. all is good here. i appreciate you guys. thanks again highly recommend these guys you are awesome!
The service is bar none. Treated as a person, not a number. They will go out of their way to help you. I love Pool Park and will go no where else for anything to do with our pool. Thank you Mark for everything you do for us.
Super customer service. Mark helped me trouble shoot a filter problem expertly. He showed me how to fix it on my own and supplied the parts I needed. Pool Parks friendly employees are always ready to help
