It's rare to find service this reliable these days. I reached out to Corneliu at Pool Pal about a leak in my pool equipment, and he was out the next day to handle the repairs. He was extremely professional, courteous, and his craftsmanship is exceptional. If you’re looking for someone who actually shows up and does top-tier work, I’d recommend Corneliu to anyone in need of repairs.
They come every week at the same time. They send a report of what they did and chemicals added along with pictures. 2/27/25 Update: i have canceled my services. Nothing about their maintenance service was short of excellent but when it came to negotiating repairs i just didnt appreciate the way Corneliu dealt with me as an existing customer. We first came across PoolPal from a rental property we stayed at. They were always on time, respected our privacy and kept the pool crystal clear 100% of the time. During the last hurricane, they went the extra mile to not only check on us but made adjustments to our chemicals from the downpour!
