Pool of Bethesda has always provided me with great service and support. The staff are always very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly. They make everything about the process so easy and painless. I was extremely reticent to have to go to a Psychiatric facility in order to remain getting medication that I've been taking for quite awhile; however, due to the new DEA ruling, this step was a necessity. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the person answering the phone was well-organized and Ms. Danielle Wilson was very helpful in my quest. This procedure was done via my PC and was simple and painless. I wish all medical facilities were this pleasant to work with and this well-organized.
This office is beyond accommodating. My daughter has opened up more with her physician than I ever thought possible. He has been so kind and understanding. He always has a calming effect on my daughter. The office has been amazing with communication and has worked around my work schedule and my daughters school schedule. They follow up often and even when I was a little late for an appointment they made sure I was planning on attending the appointment.
