The office 'balance-bills' Medicaid patients—which is illegal. The office staff called a mentally-ill patient "a sad excuse for humanity." This is reckless and dangerous for those suffering from mental illness.
I couldn't be more thankful to have found this place. Everyone has been absolutely amazing and very helpful. I am listened to, a part of my treatment plan, and made to feel like a human being who matters. Absolutely the best place I've ever been for mental health assistance. Thank you all!!
Pool of Bethesda has always provided me with great service and support. The staff are always very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly. They make everything about the process so easy and painless. I was extremely reticent to have to go to a Psychiatric facility in order to remain getting medication that I've been taking for quite awhile; however, due to the new DEA ruling, this step was a necessity. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the person answering the phone was well-organized and Ms. Danielle Wilson was very helpful in my quest. This procedure was done via my PC and was simple and painless. I wish all medical facilities were this pleasant to work with and this well-organized.
