Super informative and really just want to help.
The office 'balance-bills' Medicaid patients—which is illegal. The office staff called a mentally-ill patient "a sad excuse for humanity." This is reckless and dangerous for those suffering from mental illness.
I couldn't be more thankful to have found this place. Everyone has been absolutely amazing and very helpful. I am listened to, a part of my treatment plan, and made to feel like a human being who matters. Absolutely the best place I've ever been for mental health assistance. Thank you all!!
