Dr. Bunn is excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff and management has been very frustrating. I receive frequent calls and texts that feel excessive, and there seems to be a consistent issue with scheduling. Although I’m prescribed 90-day refills, the office repeatedly tries to schedule appointments every 8 weeks. I’ve corrected this in the past, but during my most recent visit, I didn’t catch the error. Hi friends! I wanted to share my experience because I was initially very nervous about using Telehealth. I am so glad I came in! Ms. Wilson is truly the best provider I have seen for my mental health. She is patient, compassionate, and shared her own nursing journey, which really inspired me and made me feel at ease. The rest of the team is super great too! A huge thank you to Danie, Aira, and Vanj for being so helpful sending reminders, and getting my next appointment scheduled. I highly recommend them!
