James is amazing! Our motor went out over the summer and he had us back up and running within hours when our previous pool service couldn't come out for days. We have used various pool services over the years and none have compared to Pool Ninja. James is knowledgeable, efficient, and leaves our pool looking great each and every time. James is awesome! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about all things pool related. I had a clog issue in one of my pipes and he located it quickly and took care of it for good. I normally don’t leave reviews online unless I’m very impressed. Needless to say I’m VERY impressed with the service he provided. My only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner. Won’t ever make that mistake again.
