HORRIBLE! They send substitute guys they **** in the street ti come service your home, they'll break something and tell you it needs repairing. Aside from that, they screwed up our salt water system and refused to come back a 2nd day to finish working on it. STAY CLEAR AWAY! Owner just comes out with a bunch of excuses

I called the "Pool Medic" to ask if there was a reason my pool was not cleaned yesterday - the scheduled cleaning day on their books. The employee I spoke with stated in their notes, it was cleaned at 1:45pm. I let the employee know that when I arrived home from work, I went outside and checked, and it was obvious the pool was not cleaned in a manner as stated in the contract, of what they will do to maintain the area. I do NOT have service with this company. Twice they have walked into my lanai, scared my daughter and stated they don't have addresses but the truck takes them where they need to go. What ???? Seriously what kind of ***** does not know the address where they are providing service. I called the company lodged a complaint for the second time. I asked who the owner of the company is and apparently he does not want his name known. Must be because of the horrible service and lack of k owing who they hire and bad customer service
