I never experience a level of honesty in any pool store , it is so easy to fool the customer especially when it comes to swipers and motors but NOT AT POOL MART CHRIS IS A SPECIAL KIND OF GUY , HE IS A REAL HONEST MAN AND THAT IS WHY WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY, PLEASE VISIT POOL MART AT CLOVIS CHRIS HAS THE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THANKS CHRIS.
Had a Polaris problem and Leslie's estimate for fixing it was about $175. A friend suggested Pool Mart for the repairs. Total cost was 2.95 + tax. Great owner and service and we will never go anywhere else. Thank you Chris.
Fantanstic service - Strong expertise - Value – Had an old pump motor needing some TLC. After calling various places I came across Pool Mart. Professional - Ethical - Conscientious – I live in Stockton, so when my 80 year old father called from Fresno to tell me his pool pump had "just quit", I had no idea who to call, so relied upon the reviews of Pool Mart customers and contacted Chris at Pool Mart. Within 24 hours Chris had picked up the pump (along with a pool sweep which Dad told him had been "acting up"), fixed, returned and installed both of them. Good news – My pool filter was not working and the pool turned green. Did all the chemicals and cleaning of filters as recommended by Chris & a former neighbor who was in the business to no avail. Thought it might be the motor so I called my home warranty company to have it fixed. They sent San Joaquin Valley Pool. The guy was in my backyard less than 2 minutes and then said that I had blown the motor by letting the water go too low. Needless to say, warranty company denied the claim based on his report. A Business that Delivers – Had ordered impeller from Leslie Pool 3/12/10. Called 3/17/10 told part would be received in 7 business days. Called Leslie Pool 3/22/10 and told by service representative "He was too busy to help me." Called Pool Mart and ordered impeller 3/22/09 and had it 3/23/10. Service with Pool Mart is in a word EXCELLENT.
THE pool place! A++++++++++++++++++++++ – I'm a skeptic and I never write reviews. I took the time to sign up for this just so I could give Chris and this store a well-deserved pat on the back. I have been going to this store for 9 years, and I won't go anywhere else now. Chris has saved me big money and earned my trust. He has offered me free parts and used bargains...always giving me the straight scoop as opposed to pushing the biggest sale. What a great feeling to go somewhere knowing you'll be taken care of!
The only Place to go for Pool Supplies and Service – I have been a Pool mart customer for 12 years, Chris is the most customer service oriented owner I have seen in any business. He will do what ever it takes to get you up and running for as little $$ as possible. He has given me parts for free and has fixed my pool sweep for nothing. What ever you may need go to Pool mart and you will be satisfied, completely. I really cant say enough good things about this store and the owner.
