If I could give negative stars, I would. Met with David to help get a pool back up and running. Said he would be out of town for the weekend but would get back to me when he returned. Finally tracked him down and said he would be starting work later that week after getting some paperwork in order, but has since ignored all of my calls and texts. I have left countless messages without any returned calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
