12 year old liner finally bit the dust. I had Brett come out and find the leaks to hold me over until the fall when I’ll have a new liner installed. Thanks, Brett for the patches to my four (4) leaks you found and taking the time to answer all my questions. Oh, and thanks your service to America!
My experience with this business felt like a bad casino trip playing roulette, but the odds are better on the roulette wheel. They had lots of expensive toys that im guessing I helped pay for their practice in using them correctly. After their initial detection they left the shut off valve closed at the pump causing a fitting to blow when my wife turned it on. He told me he guaranteed the detection if he also repaired it. After having another leak guy come out and admit he didnt know how to detect leaks in our type of pool we called Brett. His wife scheduled us and told me that they had all kinds of expensive equipment (because they want to be able to write off all they can on taxes) that they could use to detect leaks. After about 2 hours at our house he told us that there wasn't any leaks in our pool and that there was no check valve installed which he is correct (but it doesn't negatively effect a pool). We had a leak in our pool liner and Brett was highly recommended. His wife easily got us on the schedule and was very sweet and personable. Brett was great to work with. He identified the leak within minutes and provided us with recommendations for our pool/liner. Would highly recommend!
