Do not use this company! I paid them $120/month to clean my pool. After 4 month my water turned cloudy and my pump started making a loud noise. I called JTPools and they pulled the pump apart and it was filthy inside. The tech then opened my filter and it was clogged and black inside. I took a sample of my water yo Leslies pools to be tested and there was no salt or chlorine in the pool and the PH was through the roof. I never saw them wash my filter or check the chemicals. The guy would come at different times of the day and I would only see him sweep the pool and sometimes when the filter wasn't even running. In fact, I finally had to go out and show him how to turn on the filter. I called then called Pool Hub when I noticed the bottom of my pool was filthy and called to complain. We hired this company when our pool cleaning man retired. W are snow birds, so had to trust them with the care of our pool for close to 8 months. They did send photos every week and the pool looked ok. However, one week our neighbor called and said the pool was spring water. The water level was so low that the water jets were sitting water above the water line. Letting a pool get so low will eventually burn up the pump! Hired this company after Sparkle Brite left their service customers hanging. They showed up for two services. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I complained to no avail. Pool was left green. Do not recommend at all.
