RecommendedAfter talking to Stuart about my pool pump dying and pricing a new one, or getting rid of our D.E. filter and going to a sand filter, it was determined the best course was switching to the sand filter! Best, best decision I've made!! I am so thrilled not to be fighting with the D.E. any longer!!!!!! Thank you very much Stuart for turning me on to a sand filter! Love, love, love!!! Stopped by the store, left my information for a repair. No one has called me. Phone number says the voicemail doesn't work, so we are to email. Email address comes up on gmail as invalid.
The Pool Guy opened my pool this spring and it looks fantastic. Stu’s work is awesome and as promised. This is the fastest my pool has been ready. I would highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service
Waited over 15 minutes while you went from the person who was there before me to the person who came in downstairs after me all the while your store reeks of the Vapes and the chemicals are lacking for gunite pools. Won't be back and that's a shame as we were a loyal customer of the former pool guy.
After many trips in to have our water tested, we were still having trouble getting our pool clear. Stu came to our house to see for himself, and was able to determine it was an easy fix to replace an inexpensive part for our filter. He has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond, with multiple trips to our house after store hours to help us. Great service!
