Pool Envy has been great to work with! Not only did they build my pool but they service it weekly. Megan and her crew have taken such good care of our pool. They are very helpful in communicating anything that needs extra attention plus their routine cleaning and maintenance has been exceptional. I highly recommend them!!
Robert and the team at Pool Envy have served us well. After having such a great experience on one pool, we went back and asked them to build a second pool at a new home. It starts with Robert -- a wonderful guy and pleasure to work with. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. I'll give 1 star because at first glance, our pool looks nice. But as others have experienced, communication starts out great, but then as the project nears completion or is "completed", communication goes dark. Weeks and weeks will pass before a return phone call or text. I held back a small amount of funds at the end of our project because we had several problems that had not been addressed.
