I bought the full design and permitting package from Kayne, an overall good value. While the design was great and he spent a great deal of time discussing things with me (when I could get ahold of him) I found that he was very difficult to get responses from, relied heavily on AI responses and had poor response for request for important details. It also took months and constant follow-through to get him to properly record my notice of commencement. A summary of my main issues: - Poor communication and follow-through - Fai... read more

Kayne has designed our pool with careful thought. He truly puts all his time and effort into understanding what the client wants and has helped us along each step of the way. We have learned so much about the pool building process, the do's and don'ts and all that's in between. Thank you so much.

Kayne was really wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He was able to deliver plans that fit exactly what we were looking for. We hit a snag with our permitting process due to wetlands on our property weeks after we had received everything from Kayne. When I called him to see if he could adjust the plans, he did! He was very attentive and set up a zoom call for him and I to go over different options to adjust the plans to fit the new wetland requirements. Kayne's list of subcontractors was a really great aid. Everyo... read more
