Outstanding service! Even knowing that I am not a customer of Pool Depot Services LLC—yet—they went above and beyond to help me resolve major issues with the filtration system in my new-construction pool. I was amazed by their sense of urgency, genuine care, and willingness to help without any sort of payment. I have never encountered a business so eager to assist a complete stranger. I am extremely appreciative for all the effort and time they took to help. I look forward to becoming a long term customer! Highly, highly, hi... read more
I cannot say enough about the experience I had with Pool Depot Services when the bearings on my Hayward pool pump went bad . Lissy was able to get me a new pump and pipe repair within 24 hours. I was amazed at the service technician’s skill as my pump is working better than ever and leaking pipes are solved . I was on a tight time schedule and they came through for me . I am so grateful. Would highly recommend them .
Lissy and her team are amazing!! They are the best!! I recommend this pool company 100% They fixed the problems we had with our pool, and they were honest throughout the process
Many thanks! You made the process for easy for someone that knew nothing about repair/replacement! I appreciate the quick response and excellent follow though turning our 'swamp' back into a beautiful swimming pool!
