We had an issue with the quality of the ledge, lounger, chases, and contacted Anna Cohill, at the Venice, Florida location, where they were purchased, she not only got them exchanged in a timely manner, she personally delivered them back to our home in Bradenton, Florida, she was very helpful and personable at the same time , We will continue to do business with indigo pools in the future, thank you so much
