Our experience with Pool Cover Specialists has been awful: - They often send service techs that are very inexperienced - Bill by the hour, and bills are almost always significantly different than original proposal or estimate with no communication - No reasonable warranty on their work I have never worked with a company that can install or repair something one day, and then charge again the next week to come out and fix what was supposed to have been fixed the week before.

No communication, huge surprises in final cost – I shopped around with three other vendors and selected Pool Cover because they had given me the lowest price. BUT when the product was installed, the real price was over $400 more which was billed to me without prior discussion or consent for the additional charges. A month later, the cover didn't open, I called for service. My wife calls me with a service tech handing her an invoice for $580 for work completed. Again, no prior communication or authorization. ABSENT – COMPANY CHARGED HUGE FEE, COVER DID NOT WORK THE NEXT DAY, DID NOT RESPOND TO EMERGENCY MESSAGES.

Safety Comes First With PCS – I've saved so much money with this cover on my pool. Not to mention time, and energy....literally! And knowing my pool is locked when I'm not around is a good feeling. Thanks for great service and a job well done PCS.
