I miss there retail store. Their staff was always so knowledgeable.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks now because they where supposed to come out and fix my pool in july but will not contact my wife or myself back. Do Not waste your money.
These People came, charged my MIL $225 to just take pool cover off considering they never came back to finish the opening of her pool. She also had a problem with hose leaking, she has called, text and not one person has got back in touch with her. This is a pathetic way to run a business. If you've called them for anything..RUN!!! Penny and Kenny was awesome. These people who took over, doesn't need to be in business. Ripping people off!!! Sorry a$$ business
Avoid this company. We hired them to remove a current oval above ground pool and install a new pool. They were responsive until the contract was signed, then very hard to contact. They did the install, but did not install pavers under the supports and now our pool is literally collapsing. Despite picture and video evidence and an independent inspection report, they will not even respond to us. This is an obvious installation issue. New owners are not reliable or honest. ***Update with response to owner** The pictures speak for themselves. I still have video as well, along with sworn statements of three other professional installers who reviewed your "work", if you'd like that. You did not install the pool with the required pavers, you skimped on the bolts, and overall it was a terrible job; the pool failed, and you failed to own up to your shoddy installation.
