Alway good. Replaced water pump. Fast service. Weekly maintenance is always on time extremely nice and the pool is Cristal clear.
I worked well with pool connection for about a year, then suddenly I asked why they never cleaned my pool.? The pump they installed leaked. I was having to put more water in the pool constantly. We are on well water. So that messes with the chemicals. I was told not to put in water. Isn't that the point of having a pool? I have been trying to get my pool serviced for 8 months. And everytime I call the woman says she will "try" to send someone. A couple months ago I got a quote. I agreed to the price and was eager for them to start. Never came, never returned a call. 8 months. Ridiculous.
They spend about 2 minutes and the pool looks no different after than before. No water testing and the pool constantly has algae growing in it. Had to get another company
