Pool city is a great company to work for I work for them once about a couple years ago and I had some family problems they let me do my family problems and here I am about a year and a half to two years later Brad and Mendy were very nice enough people to give me my job back I do not have nothing bad to say about them they're very good people and I like them

STAY AWAY! Absolutely the worst company! My brand new 130k pool is ruined because of the quality of service they promise. Brand new pool stained, salt cell broke and they have over charged my credit card multiple times without reimbursement. All this was included in our signed maintenance plan. No one will answer my phone calls, texts or emails. They will promise to deliver and assure you they are working on the problems. However, they will completely ghost you.
