We used PoolChlor for decades. Sadly, the quality is no longer what it was. Much has to do with the technician who services your home. For years, we had the perfect pool with the best employee. Now, we are nervous to swim in it. The volumes of salt that is left after drying is concerning. The pool water now stains anything in which a drop of water lands on. Pool Color has been wonderful We have been extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Pool Color for the past 4 years! When we bought our house in 2020, we went with another pool service, and they were satisfactory for almost a year, but eventually, our pool turned green. VERY green - we couldn’t see the bottom of our pool. Yuck! The pool service told us to replace our sand filter and then quickly dropped us as customers. Ouch. When we started last May upon moving in, I was very happy. Over the year things have gone down. Now waiting to hear back after 3 requests. Pool tech could give a whatever, she can’t wait to get done, thinking I have never seen her do pH, alkalinity . No algae but horrible rim around pool due to ineffective brushing. Going to drop, after the 10% increase which if they did their job I wouldn’t care. Done.
This company could care less about your pool!!! They have gone straight down hill!!! They take 2 mins turn the pump on and leave. My pool was cloudy and they never said a word, now we have algae and are hiring a new company. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Also sent 2 emails within 2 weeks, they never responded, talked to 2 different people, they just dismissed me as if they don’t care!!!
