We had filter sand replacement done by Pool Care Plus. The work was scheduled for 8am, the serviceman turned up around 9:30am. The service was quoted for $688 including labour and filter media. I did not pay attention that the quote included 2.5h of labour and any additional time was to be charged $25 for every extra 15 minutes. I gave the shop the type and the photo of the filter before they quoted the work. My filter is of standard type Hurlicon RX360 with proper access (see photo).
