Moved into the area a few months ago, was recommended Pool Care Plus by previous home owner. Have had a great experience, Pool Care Plus team are very helpful and patient especially with first-time pool owners like myself. They take the time to help explain things, to understand the reports they generate for you on water samples (for free), and what next steps to take including the right chemicals to use and how to use them properly. We had filter sand replacement done by Pool Care Plus. The work was scheduled for 8am, the serviceman turned up around 9:30am. The service was quoted for $688 including labour and filter media. I did not pay attention that the quote included 2.5h of labour and any additional time was to be charged $25 for every extra 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Pool Care Plus for expert advice for pool care & maintenance.. As someone who is relatively new to looking after a pool they provide step by step instructions as to what chemicals to apply, when to apply them & how often. All staff are very patient and extremely helpful. Thankyou for wonderful service always.
