Fast and professional service. They worked hard to get my pool done by the date I requested it to be complete. Owner also came back to plumb a U.V. Water system in for me free of charge! 3 months later answering any questions I have! Definitely recommend them to others. Best part of it all is they were the cheapest around.

After having our pool for a number of years to be destroyed by the flood of 2016. My new friends came and put up our "2nd hand pool! It had a lot of trials and tribulations, long story short it's up! I'm so blessed to have had them help us. Loved each and every one of those well mannered people. In life we make new friends along the way! Happy Happy crazy pool lady here! Thank Y'all!!!
While they were very nice when coming out and got it done very quickly. After we realized the pump was leaking. Called and sent pictures. Someone eventually came back out to fix it. Leak remained. After calling and messaging and never hearing back we called another place to come look at it. The guys said an O ring was put in wrong and had swollen up but that instead of fixing that the guy who came back out just put caulk on it. FYI I still haven’t heard back from pool bandits, it’s been months.

First off your pool was purchased from a internet company last year in July and not from Pool Bandit. I'm the only guy that went out to fix it. I never told anyone the o ring was installed wrong. The part was defected from the manufacture not me. I too…See More
