I lived at Santana Heights and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing, especially considering the price you pay to live here. The location itself is great and being near Santana Row is definitely a plus, but the management and upkeep of the property really don’t match the cost. A lot of things around the property seem to be constantly broken or poorly maintained, and getting them fixed feels like a very low priority for management. EDIT: They WILL scam you at the end of lease for paint, additional cleaning, etc. usually to around $800 - $1000 on top of your security deposit, then offer a small discount if you pay up and use a collection agency to threaten you otherwise. We’ve been living at Santana Heights for over three years, and our recent experience working with Karla and Myles has been outstanding. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive, especially in helping us transfer to a larger unit within the same community. Karla, in particular, went above and beyond by helping waive several fees for us, including reducing our notice period from 60 days to 30 days and removing the transfer fee since we were moving to a larger, higher-priced unit.
