Santana Row itself is a great place to live. However, the collaboration between management and maintenance at Santana Heights, to upkeep the shared amenities, makes living here less than ideal. This is a shame giving the fact that the Row is a premier destination. Management and maintenance are both totally unesponsive to most, if not all, of the maintenance issues here. I've been really impressed with the recent positive changes I've observed at Santana Heights, especially regarding property upkeep. I recently had an interaction with the new maintenance team, and it's clear they are serious about maintaining the property well. A big shout-out to Emanuel and Daniel specifically – they were professional, efficient, and clearly dedicated to their work. It's great to see this level of care and attention. Excellent complex and wonderful leasing staff. Everyone here has always been so kind. I thought that it would be hard to call a place home but we have. The facility is top notch along with all the amenities. Theres not much to complain. Also when we needed anything from the leasing office they have always gotten back to us in a timely manner, been helpful in maintenance and mail requests, thoroughly explained things down to silly questions about rent etc.
