Great experience with Pool and Water People of CT. They came out promptly, diagnosed the couple issues and had the parts replaced within a few days. They even cleaned up and reinforced the spa pack that the previous company left unsecured. Dave and Nick were both great to work with.
I want to share my great experience with the POOL AND WATER people of Connecticut team. I knew building a deck around my hot tub would hamper attempts to repair things on my hot tub so I tried to give as much clearance as possible, but as you see, they willingly went under a cramped deck to change a pump on our hot tub. They came out quickly, knew exactly what to do and fix it on their first shot. I highly recommend POOL AND WATER, people of Connecticut based on their professionalism and quality of work.
Absolutely the most reliable and professional pool company in Connecticut. Dave has been helpful and amazing from the start. I had several issues with my inground pool and him, as well as his team have taught me so much about pools and put me on the right path to keep my pool blue! They serviced it, installed a new DE filter, plumbing and did an amazing, clean and professional job! They will be back to do a new liner and much more! Thank you so much for everything!!
