This company is incredible. I worked through Dave, who I believe is the owner, to coordinate a repair of two broken manifolds and their connecting lines in my hot tub. It's worth mentioning that before finding Pool and Water People, I called many companies trying to find someone that could help me with my repair, but every other company refused to assist with any make/model that they themselves did not sell (this makes no sense since the basic mechanics of hot tubs per se are universal). Brace yourself this may be a long(ish) one. We recently moved and our new house came with a hot tub. We have 0 background knowledge on hot tubs and so we wanted to winterize it for the season and then open it back up in the spring to give us the winter to learn a bit more of what it needs. Edited: The owner reached out and said that staff was out due to illness. After his call Techs came out and diagnosed and repaired my hot tub. I am happy with the service, tub working well now. I made an appointment to evaluate and repair my hot tub on 7/28. I was told it would be about 2 weeks. I was required to give my credit card for $196 to evaluate the issue which I did. From our very first consultation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect hot tub for our family. I made an appointment to evaluate and repair my hot tub on 7/28. I was told it would be about 2 weeks. I was required to give my credit card for $196 to evaluate the issue which I did. Per their email, "Hi, I don't have a designated date, when we talked on the phone I mentioned it would be about 2 weeks, could be less since it is pool season.
