We used Pool Aid to install an in ground pool when we were building our house. He worked well with the builder and us to make sure we got the pool we wanted. They finished on schedule and made sure we were happy with everything. I would recommend them.
Working with this company has been a complete nightmare. In August, Lee Allen agreed to refinish the defective, cracked gunite he had installed just a few months prior. Well, it’s March, and he has yet to show up. Do not use this company! He also DBA Pinnacle Pool Service.
I worked here and stopped working because I could not afford to be paid $12 per pool cleaned. It's been 3 weeks and Lee want pay me. Had me meet him at the office and he did not show up. I have a family just like Lee does. Could someone have Lee pay me for my work. This has been the worst work experience ever
Great company
I received emails dating back to March 6th for pool services from a Tx address, when I call the company the secretary tells me how the 3 ppl on my receipts I received are 2 of there customers as well as the addresses on them are correct als, she said she had to contact her boss on what to do and would call me back! She never took my name nothing! However what they did do was take $755.00 from my account! I WOULDNT TRUST THEM WITH A CRACK IN A POOL LET ALONE, MY INFORMATION!!
