Sign says they open at 9 AM on Saturday. I arrived at 9:36 AM and the door is locked. No one is there very unprofessional. I called to see if maybe there was a message on their voicemail indicating that they were closed or that maybe they were running late or something, but there was nothing very unprofessional
It was amazing service with pain free threading and waxing services that I got.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owner is extremely inconsistent with quality of service and hours of operation. Often times she will leave before they are scheduled to close or won’t be there when the shop is listed as opened. In the past I would call before hand just to make sure she was actually at the shop and she would give an attitude for answering simple questions about the hours.
