Dr. Pooja Shah is a wonderful dermatologist in Huntington. She is super smart, a great listener and spends time with her patients. Office runs like clockwork, as well!
Very rude and disrespectful. She is extremely condescending and gaslights patients. Does not understand or care to listen to your concerns. Instead, she makes up her own story and diagnoses that don’t align with patients symptoms. Snarky attitude, wouldn’t recommend this “Dr”. She’s concerned about all the wrong things. Highly uneducated and unethical. Should not even be practicing. Complete waste of time.

I found Dr. Shah’s bedside manner to be deeply concerning. Throughout the appointment, I felt dismissed, gaslit, and spoken to in a condescending and patronizing manner. My concerns were minimized, and I was told the symptoms I was experiencing wasn't an issue, which felt invalidating. I was also confused as she offered to prescribe me medication for my symptoms (so they are real?) while being told she would not take it herself, and by the suggestion that a diagnosis was being given simply to provide one. Dr. Shah is a fantastic dermatologist! She is extremely thorough and has found issues (melanoma) other doctors did not find. I am eternally grateful for her expertise, as is my family. Charles B.
