I have 3 children I wanted to switch to this office because of issues with my last. I was told they can not expect them because I will not be getting them vaccinated throughout their childhood. 🫠
My three children have been seeing Dr. Prasad for the last 5 years. When I say we would follow her anywhere, we mean it!! She remembers all of my girls each time we come and remembers diagnoses from YEARS prior. She has all of my faith as the doctor of my babies. I trust her entirely. Nothing means more than the health and safety of my kids, and I know they’re covered by Dr. Prasad.
Although I love Dr. Prasad and her nurse, Tracy, the front desk needs more training. After the encounter I had, I won’t be returning. My 5 month old has been going there since being born and I called this morning to see if she could be seen due to Cough/Congestion/Runny Nose/Wheezing/Tugging of Left Ear. Not the right doctors office if you have a medically complex child. Subpar at best if you have a child that only requires check ups and vaccinations, in a crises or in terms of feeling your child is cared for as a priority will not happen with this facility. They are extremely over booked and understaffed. I'd give them a negative review if I could.
Dr. Prasad and her staff (Amanda I have to say bc she is truly a kind person). I give Dr. Prasad 5 stars for many reasons. Most importantly her knowledge, attention to detail, reassurance and patient education along with her thorough pt assessment is excellent. I have 3 children and 2 of them are under her care. My youngest is 19 months old and has no health issues but she is so hands on patient focused which I can really appreciate.
