I tried to become a new patient at this office, but my experience was very disappointing. They hung up on me twice, and on the third call, they kept transferring me from one person to another. Finally, they said they were not accepting new patients — even though their website, Google listing, and the signs at their office all say they are accepting new patients. This is very misleading and unprofessional. If they are not taking new patients, they should clearly update their information online and in person. I hope this issue... read more
Dr. Prasad is caring and a great listener. I love how she interacts with her patients. She talks through things with the parents and is never in a rush to end the appointment. Her nurse is so sweet too!
I absolutely love Pratt Pediatrics. Always a positive experience when I go in and I leave feeling at ease. Pooja prasad is an amazing doctor who listens very well and offers great advice. Gets along great with kids!! Great bedside manner. Also love Kristen Talaiver.. takes the time to listen and answer questions and is always so sweet and helpful. Absolutely love her. I feel like we have her full attention during the visit. Wouldn't take my kids to anyone else.
Edit: Once again, they proved to be the worst pediatrician I’ve ever encountered. After charging me $160 for a simple cleaning pad, I decided to switch to a different pediatrician. Now they’re withholding my child’s medical records and have delayed the release for an entire month. They charged us $160 copay for an antiseptic pad to clean my daughter’s belly button. It was just a coin size antiseptic pad. I have bunch of them in my first aid kit. Totally unacceptable.
