Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this cosmetic dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I used to love going there but there have been staff changes and not for the better. It used to be a place where you felt special now it feels like it's all about the money. Not sure where to go now.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely!
