Was my daughter's doctor, and gave the mother a note saying she needs to live only with her mother with no solid evidence that the mother is stable. If the police would have listened to that note, there would be a 6 year girl living in a car in the middle of a bad neighborhood.
This person ruined my life. Prior to my breast reduction, I had a standard checkup to be approved for the surgery. My blood pressure was high & I feared this would prevent me from having the surgery. First we were going to try blood pressure medication. Then I asked if it could be from adherol, which was new to my system. She said no & that she wanted to keep me on it. I had my ear wax removed from an RN at Prospect Medical Commons. It was the first time I had this procedure done. The nurse was very professional and the experience was very pleasant. I am now able to hear better out of my ears.
