This is Mike former owner of the Poodle Parlor. To those that have not heard. I have terminal pancreatic cancer. So I gave my shop to JoAnn. Yes gave it to her!!! As soon as I signed it over she stole over $2000 from the bank account. She had agreed in front of a lawyer that all the money in the bank account as of 31 of September she was to give back to me. This business has changed owners. The new owner isn't good at all, my dog looked like a 2 year old groomed it! She didn't give me the clip I wanted either, she said it looked better now. I've talked to a couple other friends who have been there, and they aren't going back there again either! I don't know what happened to the previous owner, but I highly recommend finding another groomer!

I've been going here for over 10 years. I love the fact that I can drop my dog off in the morning and pick them up after I get home from school. They take their time to make the dog feel comfortable. One of my dogs, Seamus, is a social butterfly. When he's not being groomed, they let him hang out and watch. my other dog Teaghan used to be quite skittish and shy, she feels totally comfortable when I bring her to The Poodle Parlor!
I have been going for 6 years. They have done great cuts every time. I have a neurotic dog, and Poodle Parlor is so patient and kind with her. They take their time and make my dog comfortable. Grateful!!

I recommend the Poodle Parlor for your feline friends as well. In the past, my fur baby usually had to be sedated to get his hair lopped off, but the cat groomer at Poodle Parlor worked with him and he came home with the best lion haircut he's ever had. The owners were also extremely accommodating and let me drop him off before work, and kept kitty secluded from the dogs so he wouldn't get scared. And very competitive pricing!
