They refused to groom my dog after her fourth trip there without any explanation as to why they simply left it at that... she will never bite or growl but will act like the puppy she is and is just energetic ..

I took my fur baby Justice in today. I was nervous because I had taken her to a different groomer for the first time a few months ago and she had a bad experience.
