Went in for an appointment and was treated very badly. My dog needed grooming and they acted like she had the plague because she was matted. Instead of saying she is matted so it will coast a little more and take extra time their reaction was omg she is so matted. It will take forever. Come back after you get some mats out and that way you don’t waste an appointment. They were very rude. Terrible customer service.
Jeff knows what he's doing and is a real pro. Thanks for taking such good care of Coco. She looks beautiful.
Daisy and I love Poochies! Jeff is always so nice (as are all the staff) and very conscientious in how he takes care of Daisy. She says thank you very much for getting rid of all the mattes in her hair and helping her feel cool and cute again! 🐾💕

Poochies is definitely the best! Since we brought our Mini Goldendoodle “Fendi” into our home we have had a hard time looking for a consistent groomer. One who works specifically with doodles and of course of breeds. We finally found Fendi a perfect groomer! The experience was truly amazing and Fendi wanted to stay LOL! She loves everyone at Poochies and so do the Jones! I would recommend Poochies over anyone in Florida! You guys are great! Thanks so much for taking care of Fendi Bear! See u soon!
