As a loyal customer for 20 years, 4 dogs now, I’m appalled at the lack of customer service and professionalism. My dogs always looked beautiful, but I am so disappointed in the lack of communication, and the complaints that they are short staffed. Hire more people- you run a business. Won’t be going back, and that’s a shame. Also telling friends not to go- can’t book an appointment!

I love Poochie Barber. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I have taken 6 dogs to them over the years and always have received excellent service. My dogs always look and smell great. I will never go anywhere else.

So happy to have a groomer for my pups! My Golden is supper anxious about getting groomed and Poochie barber did an awesome job taking care of him and letting us know when he was done. Also, he smellls so good and they trimmed him just right!
First timer with Poochie Barber. My dog does not like to be groomed but they did a great job and she is still her happy self. Have had bad experiences where groomer traumatized my dog. Not here!!! Thank you, I’ll be back!❤️
What a beautiful job they did on my 6 month yorkie. She comes out fresh and pretty with her bow and bandana. I really appreciate their covid precautions. Thanks for becoming part of our routine.

I love Poochie Barber. We have two dogs an American bulldog and a lab/pit mix and the pit became protective one time of our bulldog but instead of refusing to take Pepper, they knew she was just a little scared and protecting her buddy so they took her back and she did great. They do an awesome job and really understand pets and all kinds of temperaments. We will never go anywhere else.
