too harsh with pets, my shih-tzu screamed and cried when they took her back to cut her nails shorter. I yelled STOP. She has been there before without problems. This time hair on one side of her nose is long other side normal cut. They knocked her little breast. I had given them a 5 star, but certainly do need to retrack that statement! Sorry Ladies they are our babies, we trusted you. our friends did not reschedule either.
RecommendedOur new puppy, Kona, visited yesterday for the first time. She had a mini spa treatment. We were nervous because Kona is a puppy and as puppies are, she is very hyper, likes to jump and likes to nibble too. The staff was very understanding when we arrived and welcomed her with open arms. When we picked her up, she looked and smelled great! We could tell she was in good hands and was treated well. Fresh from Pooches Corner and looking Great!
Took our English Bulldog in for her first visit. They were so nice and sweet with my Gordita. They even painted her nails pretty pink and gave her a good behavior certificate! We will be back for sure. 5Star staff and 5Star services (cost is great too!)
