Just wanted to share.. I’m a new customer who’ve used their services twice, upon my 3rd appt, I called to reschedule and the receptionist did not assist me instead she denied me from scheduling another appointment until I paid a missed appointment fee. I was and still am completely fine with paying a late fee, yet the receptionist wouldn't suggest another date until the late fee was paid. I would love to continue to giving my business to Pooch Styles, but I fear that my dog will not receive the same quality of care.

First impression, I was very satisfied my Bella looked so pretty .Bella was groomed today by Mariah,We were referred by a friend and it was worth taking the chance Bella is a Bichon and she has sensitive skin....Awesome job well done !
We had to find a new groomer, Pooch Styles was recommended by a good friend of mine. They were very responsive and very helpful. Pups first appointment was today, I’m very happy with the service, we’ve found our new groomer!!!
They always do a great job with Mr. Martini. It was hard finding a groomer that knew how to style papilon's but Kyonna never gets it wrong. Mr. Martini is a senior dog too so I appreciate the extra care that she gives him.
