Took my puppy there for her first grooming and Anna let me know on short notice of a cancellation and was able to get her done in a timely manner and she seemed to enjoy it herself
Anna is amazing! She's wonderful to talk with, and listens to what you like to have done. The parlor is clean and I feel at ease leaving my pup there. Thanks again, Anna! We'll be back soon!
Phoebe and Junie really like Pooch Pawlor! (They told me so on the way home!) No cages! They were very excited when we got there because they got to run around with a couple of other doggies…it was like a play date! We'll be back, Anna!

This is not one of those places where you step into a 6 x 4 room and drop off your dog. It is very welcoming and relaxing, especially being greeted by the front desk staff member Harley (her dog). Teddy looked amazing, it was his first actual haircut! She did exactly what I asked. I was pleasantly surprised. I have been to many groomers in my life, and I'm usually not that thrilled with the way my dog looks when we leave. I would usually respond, "hair grows!" I can't wait to see his next haircut! Thanks Anna.
