Tried it for the first time. Not very impressed. Sushi wasn't very fresh at all. Prices were decent for sushi, but I wouldn't return. I'd rather pay extra for better tasting fish.
RecommendedPonzu is some of the best Sushi I've ever had and the service has always been top notch. Keep up the great job!
Will not attend this restaurant due to not only how they treated young black professionals but most importantly how they responded to the reviews of the bad customer service that people experienced !
Ponzu does not understand how to treat all customers, and their response to the concerns of people of color have shown ignorance and an unwillingness to learn. This is completely unacceptable.
The manager and staff showed poor customer service and racial discrimination towards people I know.
Poor customer service experience
The two times I was there, it was subpar, so I just didn't care to return to this place. After learning about the rude and aggressive way a group of black professionals were treated by the staff, I will definitely not come back, will not recommend, and will not support this business. Unacceptale! 👎🏽
I’m really upset to hear the way a group of black professionals were treated at your restaurant last night. I’m not sure what year you think we’re in but refusing service to black people in 2019 is lame as hell.
