Just wanted to give some praise and respect to Pony Express for handling our move over the weekend from Chelsea to Watertown. Josh, the owner, was complete and thorough in his preparation, which kept us on focused and on track for what we needed to do to be ready. Unsure as to how this company has such a high rating. My parents used them to move and on top of many of their pieces of furniture being excessively scratched up, items are missing. When they called to see if they could find the stuff or if Pony Express was willing to talk to them about the damage, they got no response.
