Good price but have to save all receipts because the son wants to try to reharge you monthly so it is a better price than the post office but not if you end up paying double month after month.
Pony Express and the owners who work there are fantastic. They are always friendly and greet me with a welcoming smile. They never complain when I get a large package that should have gone to my home address. I appreciate them so much. They are trully a blessing! Thank you!
I actually know of this place now for 35 years, if you can believe that, I remember when Steve's dad ran it, then Steve, and now under new ownership. So far so good, the customer service is great so far, I suppose in this business the main thing is being pleasant over the phone and not minding checking on mail. I always feel like I am bothering people when I call ANYONE now, but they are very nice to me when I call and it seems the service is working as designed. Thanks!
