I actually know of this place now for 35 years, if you can believe that, I remember when Steve's dad ran it, then Steve, and now under new ownership. So far so good, the customer service is great so far, I suppose in this business the main thing is being pleasant over the phone and not minding checking on mail. I always feel like I am bothering people when I call ANYONE now, but they are very nice to me when I call and it seems the service is working as designed. Thanks!
The guy that help me was very,very helpful. He help me navigate the paperwork I had. He was more then willing to show what I needed and then help the process go quickly. I would definitely go back to him.
Ive only rented a PO box from them a month ago. And they have already gone above and beyond my expectations. A great place to do business with. Definitely would recommend them.
