The guy that runs this place is called flip. When you are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a used vehicle, it is essential that you can trust who you are buying it from. DO NOT trust this guy flip. I gave this guy about 75% of his asking price in a check, the rest was in trade of course at trade value. I gave him my car and took the one he was selling. Our truck lost the water pump going through Minden on a Sunday so left it there at Pony Express Ford in Minden and called them first thing Monday morning. Jessica in service told me she wasn’t sure when but they’d get it in and looked at in the next couple days. By noon that day she called with diagnosis and a price. By noon Tuesday it was done and she also had to deal with extended warranty company. I can’t say enough good about Jessica and this dealership. Really impressed!
