Last week, drove 4 hours to pickup a 2009 Ford Expedition from them. I was told it was a great car and Tyler almost bought it for himself. It died on me once on the way home and several more times in my home town. Come to find out that the air filter was choked with dirt, the mass airflow sensor was a mess and carbon rings inside the throttle body. The guy that runs this place is called flip. When you are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a used vehicle, it is essential that you can trust who you are buying it from. DO NOT trust this guy flip. I gave this guy about 75% of his asking price in a check, the rest was in trade of course at trade value. I gave him my car and took the one he was selling. It was shortly before Christmas. We tried to get it registered before we left. Flip, however didn't want to give up the title because he hadn't yet recieved the title ... read more
I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram. Sales people were very nice. With that being said I was very disappointed in there so called service department that supposedly does a full check on the vehicles. I have put less than 3,000 miles on this vehicle when the ball joint went out on the interstate almost causing me to rollover. If the inspections were done correctly it would have noticed that the front leveling kit was not installed correctly therefore putting to much pressure on the ball joint.
