Was told that changing a headlight bulb was a complimentary service and then got charged $150 for it. I don't mind paying for the headlight bulb but $150? No. Then I couldn't get anyone on the phone and no one would call me back.
If customer service is important to you then make sure you stop by Pony Express. Rick was so incredibly helpful with my tires. I had an emergency and he made the time to quickly take care of me. I was back on the road quickly.
