As a first-time home buyer, I had a LOT of NEEDS and Ponttee was the perfect answer to all of them. She patiently explained things that I did not know, she listened to my wants, kept me on budget, provided amazing options, was at every showing, talked me back from the ledge (several times), and ALWAYS negotiated to my benefit. Ponttee was awesome and very helpful throughout the entire house hunting process. She is a great person and you can count on her to help you find that dream home for you.
