Im from the west coast and let me tell you, listening to the stories of the injustice that is happening in that county really makes me think the people running that office are as stupid as they come. I mean stupid like thinking that drinking diet coke will help you lose weight stupid.
Terrible people, DA will lie about charges being non violent to trick you into signing a plea deal. Stay away from Ada, OK
What's wrong with the Ada DA office? It's a good ol boy network, and Smith continues to perpetuate the corruption and malfeasance of his predecessor. Nothing more or less than mean-spirited stupidity, to continue the imprisonment of a wrongly incarcerated man, as anyone with an IQ greater than 40 can plainly see. I get it though, Smithy has to save face for his BB Billy, and the good people of Ada keep voting against reform of this corrupt and immoral office.
So apparently I learned something new today .. that is if a customer comes into your store purchases a piece of equipment with a check over $5k then cancels the check before it clears and doesn’t return the property then it’s not against the law and your on your own. Then when you question the said transaction with the genius at the DA’s office he literally starts to yell at you to go to school and get a law degree and come do his job!
