We had a terrific time at this place. Rented a pontoon for four hours. Very helpful with showing us how to work everything and even pulled us in because it was hard to dock Due to wind. The guys helped us carry stuff out to the boat and carry it back. The owners are both very kind and helpful people. Would highly recommend this place.
We booked a 5 hour pontoon for my sister's bachelorette party, and this was genuinely the best customer experience I have had at a business, probably ever. Everyone at Pontoons on Bald Eagle was SO incredibly nice and helpful, I could not recommend them enough!! They were readily available for any questions and concerns we had before and during the ride, and made everyone feel so comfortable (despite this being the first time driving a boat for our 'captain'). 1000/10!!! Thanks so much for the amazing experience :)
Ben and Katy were so awesome!! They are so customer oriented and make sure you have everything you could need for a great time on the lake. Our time was unfortunately cut short due to weather, but they could not have provided better customer service. All the pontoons are very nice and look new. Everything functioned great and we had a blast exploring the lake. (Ben, if you're reading this, yes the depth gauge worked perfectly)
