Good love the quiet apts, love the elderly residents as well...
Not Worth It! The apartments are cheap but its not worth the money! The managers who run this place are very rude! I think they are in the wrong business.The stinch in this place is hard to get out if you get it out. People here are very nosey and will call the manager on you for anything. I have a 2 year old and they put us in a upstairs apartment and expect her not to make noise. I just suggest spend the extra $100 and move into a decent apartment building.
I agree! can certainly relate to the comment below in regard to the landlords. However, if you contact Bob Wolf, (I believe he's the owner), he will be more than happy to help you. VERY nice man!
Nice apartments, cranky landlords. Landlords are cranky and don't want to be bothered. They are in the wrong business. I've talked to many tenants who feel the same way. Most people work during the day and need to call them in the evening time regarding any problems. They don't seem to understand that. They need to find something else to do because if they are going to be in a business like this they are going to be expected to deal with any problems that tenants may have and these tenants expect to be able to call them afte... read more
Bad Smell My goodness where do I begin??? Watched as though I am a child, however I am an Adult. My life has changed since being in here. Must be extremely Quiet. Television is all I have now. And even that must be kept at Low Volume. I guess I should count my blessings, that I have a roof over my head, and I do. I only wish that they would be kinder to me here. Not much to do, I stay to myself, and listen to the tenant below tapping on the floor/ceiling. I am trying to be still.
Jim Holland It is just great, having a quiet place with great neighbors. Reasonable cost and nearby shopping. A great place to live, with caring folks to rely on.
Great! Pontoon Plaza apartments are a terrific set of apartments for our towns "seniors' This is quiet, and neatly maintained set of rent controlled apartments, that have a very homey feel. My friends mother is a resident there, and loves the freedom of living in her apartment, but having a retirement type village of other seniors around here.
