Was told 100 hour service was done on a boat I bought. Impeller was not changed on a 24 year old boat, motor pivot points, swivel bracket and steering tube was not greased, in fact was sticky. Water came out of swivel bracket when I greased it. Didn’t even bother to change fuel water separator either.
The staff was very helpful. They could not have been more professional. Thanks guys, much appreciated, Cap'n Joyce
Ron & everyone there are great. Just bought a pontoon & couldn't be happier.
Had to get my boat registered and the process here was quick and easy! Ron was extremely helpful and friendly. I went to three other authorized DNREC registration centers and they were all closed, but this place was open and by far the best experience. I was even able to buy some parts for my Suzuki outboard. I’d highly recommend coming do your yearly registration or New registration.
Pantoon Express has been servicing our boat for past two years. I which I had found them sooner. They truly care about your needs and go above and beyond to make sure that your investment is properly taking care off. Thank you Ron and crew.
