Shrunk pants on my suit. I suspect they laundered them, which is not what I asked for. Edit to add: also just realized why it felt like my jacket was so hard to put on. They ruined that too. Whatever they did completely ruined the seams.
Absolutely thrilled with how my skirt project turned out. I had several dresses that I had altered into maxi skirts, and they did a fantastic job. Great price too. Will be back for all alterations.
