Received a beautiful Fall bouquet in a glass vase....from a friend.....from Ponti's. Amazed that it lasted almost a month!! Because of this gorgeous arrangement, I have since ordered one to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. In the future, I intend to use only Ponti's. I have experienced, for myself, the exceptional quality!

I have been using Ponti's Petals for years and NEVER ONCE have I had an experience like you said. They have always been very courteous and helpful. The flowers were always beautiful. Most florists do say that equal value substitutions may be made. I would highly recommend Ponti's Petals. They have been around for 20 years so obviously they are doing something right.
Very rude. I called for a basket of flowers for a funeral, and a bouquet was sent instead. I asked for a receipt to be sent and arranged for a fax - I never got the fax, or the call, I called back, got the same woman, who was exceedingly rude, said she had already done it 2x and it was costing her money to fax it as well as having to 'dig out the file.' Clearly helping a customer was not high on her priority list as she called me sweetie and hung up, claiming I was giving her a hard time. And these were for a funeral. Regard... read more
